Ark Hotel is the perfect choice for those seeking both convenience and comfort. Just a short walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the city center, its location couldn’t be more practical. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, which came in handy. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend for a pleasant and stress-free visit!

Situated a short walk from the main railway and bus stations, from where a frequent bus service to the airport departs, Ark Hotel is also close to the historic city centre. Our bedroom was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Easy check-in. All in all, it is a good choice for a short stay in Verona.

Lovely room, modern and pristine clean, nice bathroom and all amenities were there that i needed. Easy walk less than 10 mins from/to the train station, great for my needs as touring italy by train. The walk into Verona Old City took me around 17 mins which was of no concern for me, also all flat so an easy walk.a great location if planning to use Verona as your base to visit Lake Garda and Venice as i did. If i return to Verona will certainly use this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to the Verona Porta Nuova railway station (no more than 5-8 minutes' walk, of course depending on how much luggage one has) and within walking distance of the city centre (the Arena and Piazza Bra are about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel). The room I was in was very spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom (with large, fluffy towels and nice add-ons, like the complimentary room slippers). The buffet breakfast was extremely nice and very abundant, with a large selection of delicious food, both sweet and savoury, together with fresh fruit, cereals, patisserie... the works! Last, but by no means least, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay in Verona!

We booked this hotel with the knowledge it would just be a base for our train hopping around cities. The hotel was just a small 5-10 minute walk to the main puorta nova station and around 10-15 minutes walk to the main arena area.The staff were very helpful and friendly dealing with any requests we might have had. The breakfast had a reasonable selection ( especially for those with a sweet tooth) and we enjoyed the setting for having breakfast. The room was a good size with comfy bed and plenty of storage.Bathroom was a good size with nice facilities. If we ever returned to Verona,we would stay here again. Grazie Mille

Convenient location for the train station (10-15 minutes walk) which has a good service to both Venice and Lake Garda and a regular airport shuttle. Centre of Verona is about 15-20 minutes walk. Hotel is very nice and we had a top floor room which had great views of the city. Comfortable bed, clean, spacious and a good shower. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The accommodation and hotel itself was very nice. It was comfortable and always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always available. The bar is not advertised as available but once finding this out we used this in the evenings for drinks, as the hotel is some distance from any bars or restaurants.

Room: facilities all worked, the shower was both easy to use and efficient in all ways. Breakfast was excellent, a good buffet and very well stocked (no risk of running out of things). Location very good for station/airport bus/access. It's a 15-minute walk from the Arena.

I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very nice as well. It is also very close to Verona Porta Nuova station.
